An introduction from our first franchisees.
We are Roger & Regina Bryan, Riverside Pizza's first franchisees. We opened our first store at Sugarloaf Pkwy. in Lawrenceville and couldn't be happier with the concept, the quality and the financial side of the business. In fact, we have already opened a second location.
Having "bought" the product, I can say directly that the entire process from site selection, site build-out, grand opening and now the daily operations have been very well executed with the outstanding support of the Franchisor.
Why Riverside Pizza Works.
Our ability to compete in the highly competitive pizza market is through a well thought out menu of very high quality products, unbelievable value and unprecedented service.
The first few years was a struggle, as with most new businesses. But with a great deal of hard work, we got customers in our door through aggressive marketing programs and our operations team kept them coming back !
The major turning point happened during our five year anniversary in Lawrenceville. We carried out a major advertising campaign to celebrate our anniversary and offered a $5 large cheese or pepperoni pizza. Our customers loved the deal and started arriving asking if they were ready. We took this feedback and began to have them prepared and ready all day long. This put us in a position to compete with not only the other pizza chains but also the fast food chains.
Expansion
Our results speak for themselves. The time is right to expand the concept that we have put together. We are looking to expand our company with a select number of individuals that are committed to owning and operating their own business while maintaining the excellent reputation of Riverside Pizza.
